Terms of Service

The short version

Neo is a sales intelligence tool. You use it to research companies, find decision makers, and write outreach. You are responsible for how you use the output. We provide the weapon. You aim it.

Your account

You need an account to use Neo. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. Do not share credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately.

What you can do

With a Neo subscription, you can:

• Research companies and contacts using The Brief
• Generate Signal Selling email sequences
• Use Outbound Autopilot for daily prospect discovery
• Access your Close Report and pipeline data
• Invite other Solo Closers (up to your plan limit)

What you cannot do

Do not use Neo to:

• Send spam or bulk unsolicited email
• Scrape or resell the data Neo provides
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other email regulations
• Impersonate someone else in your outreach
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated tools to access Neo beyond the intended interface

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Billing

Neo is billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically. You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Flat-fee pricing. No per-seat surprises.

Content you create

The email sequences and research you generate through Neo belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your output. We do not use your outreach content to train models or share with other users.

Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Neo depends on third-party APIs (Apollo, Claude, Stripe) that may experience their own outages. We are not liable for missed opportunities due to downtime.

Limitation of liability

Neo is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific reply rates, pipeline values, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your ICP, your market, and your execution. We give you the intelligence. Closing is on you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Neo evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Neo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
