What we collect

When you sign up for Neo, we collect your email address and name through Google OAuth or email registration. When you use Neo, we store the ICP you describe, the companies you research, and the email sequences you generate. All of this lives in your account and is used only to make Neo work for you.

How we use it

Your data powers your experience. Your ICP drives Outbound Autopilot. Your research history builds your Morning Brief. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train models on your outreach.

Third-party services

Neo uses the following services to operate:

  • Supabase for authentication and database storage
  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Apollo.io for company and contact enrichment
  • Anthropic (Claude) for research brief generation
  • Vercel for hosting
  • PostHog for anonymous product analytics

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog for anonymous analytics. This helps us understand which features get used and how to improve Neo. We track page views, feature usage, and scroll depth. We do not track keystrokes, personal messages, or email content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). We use row-level security on all database tables. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing us. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.
